This colourful cake is a great little design to create for a kids birthday, especially if the birthday decorations are circus themed. I don't know why, this just reminds me of the circus for some reason. This was created using a 104 piping tip and American buttercream. Here is a fun, relatively easy design to re-create using a #32 piping tip. You can also use a 1M piping tip for this, although you would end up using 3 times more buttercream.
