Eye makeup for blue eyes

How I make my blue eyes POP! Using 2-3 different levels/shades can really step up your eyeshadow look! Start with a neutral medium shade on the lid. I’m using Chai. Then select a deep shade for your crease color (Filly). If you have mature or hooded eyes apply this with your eyes open to make sure you get it above the “hood” or you lose that color when your eye is open.
