Starting the week off with some #MondayMotivation as the All Arms Commando Course were drummed back into camp this morning, following their 9-mile speed march (9 miles, 32lbs of kit, 90 minutes). The AACC lasts for 13 weeks and is run by the Royal Marines with the goal of preparing Navy, Army or Air Force personnel by developing the temperament, mental resolve, physical robustness and core military skills. | The Royal Marines Charity
