Here’s why you can’t think your way out of trauma ⬆️ Trauma impacts more than just our thoughts. Trauma is systemic- it affects our whole being. So if you are used to rationalising or using logic to figure things out, understand that it won’t help you heal your trauma. Trying to make sense of your trauma can be part of your trauma healing journey, but this is only surface-level healing. Instead of trying to ‘figure out’ your trauma, I encourage you to check in with your body. Deep healing happen
