2016年2月28日 · Older editions had Scrags, water trolls, identical to normal trolls but (a bit depending on edition) either extra flammable & w/o vulnerability to acid or inflammable. 5e version would be easy, just give a normal troll swim speed equal to its normal walking and water breathing and that should be fine.

2022年6月20日 · Kua-Toa, Locathah, Water Genasi, Marid (Water Genie), Aboleth, Sahuagin, Merfolk, a lot of the lower level monsters that are fought in water are generally more sentient I'd say. Though it is worth noting that any undead could easily be found underwater after all, cursed pirate ships filled with skeletons and such.

2018年4月1日 · Guardians: Animated objects, golems, gargoyles, water weirds or elementals. Fun combos: Grey oozes or rust monsters paired with wererats are pretty brutal, since they can destroy silver. Yellow mold paired with constructs or undead is nice, since the undead are immune to the mold poison.

2014年3月28日 · In 3.5, they get a +4 racial bonus to swim checks and can hold their breath for about five minutes, but they don't have a swim speed, so they are not particularly fast or agile in the water. Lizardfolk make a great challenge for a low-level group.

2020年3月12日 · Since they’re low level you could provide some custom monsters. I was thinking some bioluminescent creatures. You can treat the underdark similar to the deep ocean. Have light light up under them as the boat moves along, have they move. Have smaller fish begin to take bites from them. Maybe throw a giant angler fish at them.

2020年3月4日 · Other 120 fliers are phoenixes, planetars, roc, firemane angels and hollyphants. Leviathans are the fastest swimmers at 120 but are so rare to encounter that I thought I'd find the second fastest for the "fastest swimming creature you're ever likely to encounter" which is shared by water elementals and marids at 90.
