Accurate cuting is the beginning of a successful project in quilt mak-ing. Start every new project with a new needle. This is something that is often forgoten or overlooked because of the excitement of geting started! We recommend a standard 80/12 needle for most piecing projects. Achieving a 1⁄4 ” seam throughout the project is essential.
