What about my data privacy and security? - Sampler
Sampler takes the trust you put in us to protect your personal information very seriously. The information you provide in your profile and through answering survey questions, which helps us to match you with samples, is secured using strong encryption and security procedures.
Why is my order delayed? - Sampler
If you want to check on your order status you can do so by visiting the Orders page on your Sampler account.
Why don't I see any new samples to claim? - Sampler
It's important to note that there are a number of factors that go into matching our users with samples. When you sign up, we ask you a series of questions in order to assign you samples that we know you'll love, and use!
My Verification code was not sent, what should I do? - Sampler
Requesting multiple verification codes may cause your account to be suspended by our platform. Please limit your requests prior to contacting the Sampler team.
I accidentally deleted my Sampler account, am I able to reactivate it?
Unfortunately, we do not have the option for users to reactivate and recover their Sampler accounts once they have been deleted. You can can sign up for a new account by clicking here!
I matched with a sample but I don't want it, do I have to claim it?
The option to "select" or "unselect" the samples you were matched with only applies to our digital coupons, and regular offers in our Sampler Market programs.
