2022年10月18日 · Headscarf1262 I activated my newly bought Kiyo Pro and received a code for the Virtual Ring Light app, but when I try to open it after downloading, it doesn't show up. Instead, I get a Razer AppEngine icon in my hidden icons tab. Did you already check if it's still running the task manager? If yes, try to end its process and launch the app again.

App shows unable to connect. - lights turn on when requested and turn off randomly when app fails/is open for a long time and my screen locks or I use another app on my phone at the same time. - lights flash red when not in use and no connection attempt has been made. Can be one of 2 flashes per sequence. App shows unable to connect.

2024年11月13日 · Neither would pair to the app, and this included factory resetting of each light bar. The app would see the light bars when initially factory reset as the light bars would go into pairing mode. But after 5 minutes of being turned on, the light bars would not go back into pairing mode, even after being turned off.
