Make sure, nothing about the game is running (check the processes on the lower right of your screen). Riot Games launcher, vanguard and other affiliated programs must not be running. Then uninstall using the system settings. Btw, I agree with your comments about the Riot client :)

download Bulk Crap Uninstaller and attempt to uninstall that way. If unsuccessful, run the riot client and use task manager to open file location in windows explorer and manually delete everything.

2023年1月31日 · It's not letting me uninstall anything, I barely managed to uninstall Riot Vanguard after it blue screened me thrice, but whenever I try to uninstall Valorant or League it just launches the client and I don't see any uninstall options.

On the first steps you uninstall the Vanguard anti-cheat software, and the games (LoL, Valorant 🤮, etc.) from the windows uninstaller (add/remove program or from control panel). The rest of Riot files must be cleaned by deleting them manually (😩😠).

2023年1月19日 · I'm currently running RIOT Client/Games on a Windows 11 machine fully up-to-date, however, I really need free space and I happened that I can't uninstall any RIOT product from my computer. When I hit Windows Settings -> Apps -> League of Legends -> Uninstall it just opens RIOT Client again and even I if log into my account It just does nothing.

If you want to delete League or PBE Client, in "C:\Riot Games\" there are 2 more folders "/League of Legends/" and "/PBE/" that you should also delete, but if you PLAY those games and you delete the Riot Client, they will stop working!

2024年2月1日 · I can’t uninstall it no matter what I do. Can’t do it from launcher or from control panel or from add and remove programs or even from c drive. None of it works. From add or remove programs nothing happens, same with control panel, if I uninstall from c drive it says program is open even though it isn’t. I’ve tried every tutorial none work.
