2020年1月16日 · In general, wielding a shield does not prevent you from applying the Dueling fighting style bonus to your other weapon though, and your DM is unlikely to ever raise an issue unless you start trying to use Dueling and Two Weapon Fighting bonus attacks on the same round with fancy interaction orders.

So yeah, I don't see how Dueling is affected when you have a shield. It's not a weapon, and if you used it as such, it would be treated as an improvised weapon. Even the feat that allows you shove and push people with a shield does no damage - and it still requires a feat. So your logic is wrong - since daggers are explicitly stated as a weapon.
