2014年7月11日 · I've been using this dual monitor successfully with this system since October, so I don't think it's a system compatibility issue - it stopped working after I moved it from my dorm room to my new apartment, so I think something broke somewhere. I don't know the exact make and model - it's some older variety of Dell screen.

Under my old system, when I had a remote desktop window on the main window and wanted to back to my tray on that monitor, I simply clicked somewhere in the left monitor and the main monitor showed my desktop with the tray again. But now the remote desktop stays on the main monitor when I do that.

But if I chose PC screen only, the system would stay on PC screen only for a short while and then immidiately switch back to its previous mode (in my case 2nd monitor only).

Seems to me that prior to Windows 10 (not sure though) my "main" monitor the larger Samsung used to show as Monitor 1 and Monitor 2 displayed the smaller Sony monitor with extended display, which to me is the correct setting.
