The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is proposing to reconfigure the Interstate 75 Interchange at State Route 131 (Emory Road, Exit 112). The proposed project will reconfigure the existing diamond interchange to a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI). A DDI is designed to allow traffic to temporarily cross to the left side of the road.
