2011年8月9日 · I don't see any of the kits including the pilot jets anymore, and after searching the Internet, I can't find pilot jets in any sizes but stock 22.5, for sale separately. I am getting some surging at lower RPM's 2000-4000, Fuel screw 3 turns out. It seems lean too me. Does the extended adjustment screw make the jet circuit richer some how?

2010年4月1日 · I used the Dyno Jet kit with the DJ needle and the Keihin extended fuel screw. 165 MJ. 22.5 pilot. 2.75 turns out fuel screw. DJ Needle 2nd clip from top. At sea level it runs perfect. Up at 7,000 feet it ran like crap. I was running fresh gas. Ran okay when cold. Once it warmed up, it was cutting out, hard starting and even dying when crawling ...

2011年4月11日 · 22.5 pilot jet (this is the stock one) 2.75 turns out with the Keintech extended fuel mixture screw. I am not an authority on this, but the first set up is what has worked and ran best for me.

2023年11月6日 · Have seen some posts that lean toward keeping the stock 22.5 pilot jet with the Keintech extended fuel screw (as it runs a tad rich) vs the recommended 25 pilot jet with the JD jet kit. Would it be worth pulling the carb and reinstalling the 22.5 pilot jet?

Sea level to 4,000 ft., use 155 main with #25 pilot jet (stock pipe) 160 main with aftermarket exhaust and "blue needle" on the 3rd clip position. Altitude: (4,000 - 8,000ft), use a 150 main with the red needle on 3rd clip position.

2021年4月25日 · Hi everyone, I need advice on jetting FCR 39 on my DRZ. Idle is rich (probably rich all over), bike still running with the fuel screw fully closed and the spark plug is black. The fuel screw fully in and running fine is definitely odd because you definitely seem way too lean on your jetting (see below for recommendations for your elevation).
