2020年5月10日 · Its saying my headset is assigned and everything. I even tried bypassing the amp and just plugging it into the controller directly. Neither seem to work. I tried searching everywhere with no luck.

2022年2月21日 · I’m having the same issue and could use help fixing the problem. I have the A40 with mix amp. It is all plugged in correctly and verified it more than once. I have the Xbox X series. I have also confirmed I have the most recent firmware upgrade on the A40s. I am unable to get the Xbox to assign the A40s to my profile.

2019年11月29日 · Hello i bought astro a40 tr and mix amp and received on 1/3/20 i ended up having the same issue. I ended up getting a 3 pole aux cable and plugging it in on mix amp in the back and plugging it in to my controller.that seemed to fix my microphone issue.may have to use it like that till astro gaming gets a fix for it.hopefully this helps .

2022年5月24日 · I recently bought the astro A40 tr +m80 mixamp but they do not work with my Xbox elite series 2 controller on my Xbox series x. If I use the basic audio cable that comes with the headset, I get audio and the mic works. But when the mixamp is connected, nothing works.

2019年10月2日 · If you have troubleshooted the Astro equipment already, then I'd recommend troubleshooting the console itself as well. First, g o ahead and do a hard restart and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes.

2022年9月22日 · So I contacted astro and we determined it's not the headset at fault. I've now tried A40s with and without the mixamp. A50s. Kygos. Basic samsung earbuds. Two external speakers. I get the screeching through all of them. I've got to be missing something here surely!? No one seems to be having similar issues either. I think it's going to have to ...

2021年5月7日 · Hi, I have a problem with my Astro A40 TR headset, whenever I try to plug it into the 3.5mm headphone jack on my laptop, it does not detect the device, but whenever I plug the headset in through the USB amp, it is detected and works as normal, I do not know whether this is a driver issue or an issue with my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

2016年3月8日 · Step 1: To check if the Astro A40 drivers are visible under Device manager, follow the steps below: Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard select Device Manager from the context menu. Expand Audio inputs and outputs option and check if the headphone drivers are visible in the window.

2014年6月9日 · Headset- Astro A40 2014 version w/mix amp. Problem- At first my headset was working fine, i could hear people talk, they could hear me talk, and of course with the a40's i had amazing game audio. But for the past 3 weeks every time i turn on my xbox to play, i will be able to hear people talk, but they wont hear me.
