2025年1月10日 · I recently bought the razer kraken headset, audio is all well and stuff, i plugged it in the back in the red and green jacks. The thing is, the mic doesn't work? Is that something I can fix? The PC detects the headset as speakers, so it doesn't show in the mic options..Please help. I really want to use the mic on the headset but I don't know how.

2016年8月16日 · My razer kraken pro stopped working after the update to windows 10. I tried reinnstalling the drivers through realtek and now all i have is something labelled "microphone array", and "razer line in". my built in mic works just fine but the mic on the headset does not.

When it doesnt work i try reinstalling the sound drivers from version 10.0.19041.1 with driver date 12/6/2019 since the drivers that windows download automatically cause this problem to occur. But my headset was working properly before the last update of windows.
