2017年4月19日 · The impression I think most have is that black areas are highly dangerous and depressed in South Florida. The only exception I know of is West Miramar which is a very nice middle/upper-middle class predominantly black area. Also some areas of west Broward like Tamarac are pretty decent and have large black populations.

2024年10月24日 · South Windsor is a beautiful town. It’s very middle class suburban in character. It has good schools, nice parks and lots of good shopping and restaurants. This includes Evergreen Walk, a larged mixed use development which includes a lifestyle shopping center.

2011年10月1日 · The former Marshall creek area and parts of Roanoke have non middle class residents. In fact, Roanoke elementary offers a spanish immersion program-one of the few in the area. (In other words there are enough spanish speaking students to make it viable). Byron Nelson high school's rating is recognized, Medlin Middle school is rated exemplary.

2025年1月14日 · This is a real dilemma. On one hand you are morally right. On the other hand, middle and upper-middle class people get very little real benefit from their tax dollars. I am somewhat of an exception since my younger son is special needs. Most people, however, get hit with income taxes, congestion pricing and all manner of fees and petty charges.
