FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. — A wildfire burning in El Dorado County Monday afternoon has burned several dozen acres and has resulted in a mandatory evacuation order. The Valley Fire started around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Sweet Valley Road in Rescue. As of 2:30 p.m., it's around 40 acres.
