施婧葳建议,企业如果想了解职工的性格特质,可以在劳动者入职之后且协商一致的情况下为其做相关性格测试,再根据他们的意愿和个性分配到更合适的岗位。“用人单位不能因求职者的某种性格特质就将其拒之门外,这种做法不仅有较大的合规成本,更事关企业声誉。”施婧葳说。
