近日，天风证券发布电子行业专题研究，揭示了CPU-GPU接口技术的迭代趋势及其对AI产业的深远影响。报告指出，随着AI算力需求的激增，传统的GPU连接方式已难以满足高性能计算的需求，而NVIDIA即将推出的B300系列AIGPU有望通过首次采用socket架构，开启行业新局面。

预计到2025-2026年，B300系列产品的出货量将突破百万级。英伟达作为数据中心GPU的佼佼者，预计将接连推出650万到700万块GPU产品，而socket设计将成为销量增长的主要动力。假设每个GPU对应30-40美金不等的socket价格，这为市场带来了约1.95至2.8亿美金的增长空间。
