FOX 5 reporter Joi Dukes joins us from the Central Park Recreation Center—one of two emergency shelters the City of Atlanta has made into an emergency shelter ahead of this weekend's storms.

(WDHN) — An apparent tornado hit the city of Troy on Saturday, leaving a path of destruction throughout the southern side of the city. It even hit the building the city was using as a storm shelter.

A stronger storm system is expected to impact the area Saturday night and part of Sunday. The timing of this system will continue to be adjusted as we grow closer to the latter half of the weekend.

We found a few bodies that was out in the field. Few deceased people. The storm system is still potentially dangerous. Severe weather is forecast for the upper Ohio Valley, mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
