NFL free agency: All Pro WR Cooper Kupp makes decision on next team, snubs Texans
Despite being rumored to be the Kupp sweepstakes following his release from the Los Angeles Rams, the Houston Texans won't be signing the All-Pro receiver. Instead, Kupp has agreed to a three-year, $45 million with the Seattle Seahawks, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Cooper Kupp and the Patriots had mutual interest, but Kupp ultimately signed elsewhere. Read more on Boston.com.
