There is a built-in on-screen keyboard available in Windows 10, and you can access it with just a simple shortcut key combination.

The keyboard can move the text-insertion cursor, too. On an iPhone, press and hold the space bar until the keyboard dims, and then drag your finger to reposition the cursor on the screen.
Your Home Screen, app icons, text, and keyboards should now appear larger. To return to default settings, go back to Display Zoom and choose Default.
