Northern Michigan is celebrating a man with a gun who took down the Walmart stabbing suspect, yet showed restraint in not pulling the trigger.

The Rehoboth Beach Beach Patrol is commending a Good Samaritan beach boy for assisting in a water rescue Saturday morning.
