Gallup has named 70 winners of the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA), including 62 winners for employee engagement, 12 winners for strengths development and 7 winners with distinction.

They will be discussed in a book by Gallup chairman Jim Clifton and consultant Sangeeta Bharadwaj Badal called Entrepreneurial Strengthsfinder, scheduled for release in September 2014.

Gallup’s online assessment tool, the Clifton StrengthsFinder, helps organizations determine where their employees strengths lie.
