The North Carolina Bail Agents Association (NCBAA) is a nonprofit, professional organization comprised of North Carolina Bail Bondsmen. NCBAA provides an array of education classes including Pre-licensing Courses for aspiring bail agents and Continuing Education Classes for current bail bondsmen. Through membership dues, educational fees, and donations, NCBAA spearheads advocacy efforts to protect and enhance the interest of all North Carolina Bail Bondsmen. Since 1992, NCBAA has worked diligently to support and be the industry voice for NC Bail Agents. NCBAA's staff and lobbyist are committed to executing NCBAA’s Mission to Protect, Preserve, Promote and Improve the Bail Bonding Industry and the livelihood of all Bondsmen in NC.
