We would like to know if we can walk around the falls ourselves to see the full moon or do we have to book a tour. If so, is there one tour place better than another. We will be staying at the Sheraton. On a second topic are tickets required for the train ride to the Devils Throat. If so, where do we get them and how much are they? Thank you.
